Burbank, one of Victoria's largest home builders won top prize in the Urban Renewal Category at the Urban Development Institute of Australia awards for their Mosaic apartments.

Burbank took the prize at the awards on Friday for the new complex, located in Dandenong’s award-winning Metro Village 3175.

The 235 modern one and two-bedroom apartments, designed by Burbank in conjunction with architects Peddle Thorp are built around a central landscaped courtyard and includes three retail and three offices spaces on the ground floor.

Mosaic apartments have sold quickly since being released to the market, however there are still a few of these award-winning apartments available for sale and ready for occupancy.

Burbank Homes managing director Jarrod Sanfilippo accepted the award on behalf of the team.
