Indulgent Villa Blue Waters relisted on Sovereign Islands

The Sovereign Islands estate Villa Blue Waters has been listed for sale on Queensland's Gold Coast.

It's the glamourous Paradise Point property which halved in value in recent years.

But the waterfront property is back for sale with $10.5 million hopes as Gold Coast estate agent Andrew A Murray at Murray & Associates sees the property market as resurgent.

It was last bought for $3.45 million in 2013 from Christian Ainsworth.

Villa Blue Waters had previously traded in 2010 for $7.2 million when sold by Gary McPherson.

The latest marketing campaign has a helicopter flying overhead in a striking image reminiscent of Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. 

With a 1950 sqm waterfront holding, the estate boasts a 64 metre straight line private marina frontage and a 70 metre super yacht marina berth, the largest in Queensland.

The are nine bathrooms and five kingsize bedrooms, one coming with a firework style bed head.

The property features a Versace Italian mosaic hydrotherapy room, a Turkish plunge spa and a waterfront gymnasium.

Supposedly sought after in recent times by Hollywood celebrities, including singer Mariah Carey, the St Tropez style entertaining area features a commercial size granite cocktail bar.
