New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty acquires Milne & Co

New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty real estate agency has purchased Auckland-based Milne & Co.

NZSIR’s licensees and administrator will shift from NZSIR’s Herne Bay offices to the larger Milne & Co space nearby. 

NZSIR managing director Mark Harris said by combining the unique attributes of the Sotheby's International Realty brand and the local experience and credibility of Pene Milne, we will create a very strong team in this key area of the Auckland market.

Founded in 2005 by Mark Harris and Julian Brown, the NZ branch of the global company has 11 offices – in Herne Bay and Parnell in Auckland, Matakana, Hawke’s Bay, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch, Wanaka, Arrowtown and its head office in Queenstown.
