There are $6 million plus expectations for a five bedroom, five bathroom Killara mansion.
The estate is owned by Baring Asset Management chief investment officer Ken Lambden and his wife Karen who are London-based.
The couple bought the property in 2007 for $6.35 million.
Phillip Waller of McGrath has the listing of 32 Wattle Street.
The property goes to auction on November 28.
