Spillbury, Gundagai sold after 163 years

The Reardon family have sold their 23-hectare Gundagai estate, Spillbury after 163 years ownership.

It sold to a South Coast dairy farmer at $1.48 million with five register parties at the Webster Nolan Real Estate auction.

The property at 307 Burra Road property has been used as a prime lamb-fattening block and running angus cattle for the past 15 years.
