Chelmer leads top five Brisbane suburbs for house rental increase: CoreLogic RP Data

The Brisbane suburb of Chelmer leads the top five regions in Queensland for house rental increases over the year with a 14.8% change when compared to last year, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

CoreLogic RP Data's September Monthly Rental Report found the suburb of Doolandella and a 10.5% increase to a median of $420 and Norman Park a 10% increase to a median of $550.

The median price for a home in Chelmer is $950,000, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
