The Binetter family - the former Nudie Juice owners - have sold the mansion Chequers in Rose Bay.
The Chamberlain Avenue home fetched $12.5 million when bought by Chinese-born buyer, Xiaochao Zhang.
The five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence sits on a private 1258sq m block with a tennis court with a pavilion and swimming pool.
The property, last sold for $4.39 million in 1999, had been listed through Pillinger and House18.
