McGrath opens new office in Sydney's The Ponds

McGrath's estate agents have opened a new office in the north west Sydney suburb of The Ponds targeting the growth corridor and surrounding suburbs Schofields, Riverstone, Marsden Park and Stanhope Gardens.

The Ponds is a new residential suburb master-planned by UrbanGrowth NSW.

McGrath The Ponds will act as a satellite office to Rouse Hill branch led by principal Grant Simpson.

He said The Ponds and the wider North West region of Sydney are at the beginning of a ten year uplift in terms of infrastructure development and capital growth. 

“With an upsurge in apartment development over the coming years, The Ponds will continue to strengthen by providing a wider mix of housing types. This will open the area up to a broader segment of the market and provide more rental opportunities to those who are not in a position to buy,” he said.

The new office is located at The Ponds Shopping Centre, Shop 11, Riverbank Drive, The Ponds.
