Hotel investor Anthony Medich and his wife, Juliana have listed their Woolwich home.

More than $9 million is tipped for the four bedroom home through McGrath agent Tracey Dixon.

The couple have resided at Leicester since 2007.

Leicester is a rare survivor of the Woolwich foreshore from the early 1900’s with gardens to the water. It is said to have been built by Henry Budden, as a Federation style bungalow.

Positioned above sandy shores, the 1031 sqm property comes with pool, private boatshed and jetty.

"This palatial home is the epitome of coastal luxury," Tracey Dixon said.

It has city skyline views. Medich is the son of Roy and nephew of Ron Medich, but they are not involved in the pub group.

Medich has recently cashed up with the sale of three pubs worth about $50 million, with the latest being his own local, the Woolwich Pier, Woolwich which was bought by the Laundy family.
