Athlete and former International Olympic Committee Vice President Kevan Gosper and wife Judy have listed their three bedroom whole floor sub-penthouse apartment in South Yarra with expectations of around $5.8 million.
The couple purchased the Wood Marsh Architects-designed family home at 5/262 Domain Rd South Yarra off the plan and have decided to sell due to travel commitments.
The 400sqm apartment features its own lift, high ceilings and huge living, dining and entertaining areas. All bedrooms have an ensuite and the master its own terrace.
