House sales still high, unit sales falling: CoreLogic RP Data

House sales have trended higher while units sales have tapered according to CoreLogic RP Data's Housing Market and Economics Update for August.
The report found to May this this year 352,012 houses have been sold, up 2.5% from the same time last year.
131,922 units have been sold this year, a 7.7% decline from the same period in 2014.
