The top three Victorian suburb with the highest gross rental yields are Dimboola with 10.64% followed by Ouyen (10.27%) and Coleraine (9.24%).
 
According to CoreLogic RP Data, the suburbs with the lowest rental yielsd are Middle Park (1.79%), Portsea (1.81) and Eaglemont (1.86%)
