Family Brighton-Le-Sands home of model Rachael Finch sold
Model Rachael Finch and her dance instructor husband Michael Miziner have sold their family home in Brighton-Le-Sands.
It comes after announcing they are expecting baby number two.
They secured $1.45 million for the contemporary three bedroom home that sits behind an old fashioned brick facade. It sold through Ray White Rockdale agents Con Economos and Jackie Li.
The couple had previously relocated to their $1.65 million, three bedroom Waterloo penthouse which they bought off the plan in 2014.
Occupying the 10th and 11th floor of the Divercity Rise building, the 130 sqm apartment comes with an 80 sqm rooftop.
The Brighton-Le-Sands home had been briefly a rental at $750 a week.
The pair paid $825,000 in 2012 for the home just a few days before flipping their designer Bondi Beach penthouse.
They had spent $825,000 on the two bedroom Bondi apartment in 2011 and then sold it for $1.1 million just 16 months later.
The property savvy couple have an impressive portfolio in Sydney and in Queensland.
They own commercial premises in Sydney along with three Southport apartments in the Gold Coast .
Rachael's modelling career began in 2004 when she won the Queensland Model of the Year. Two years later she was first seen by international agents Ford, Click, Elite and IMG.
She was awarded the People's Choice Award for Miss Teen Australia the same year.
It was 2009 when Rachael became a household name when crowned Miss Universe Australia where she subsequently represented Australia in Miss Universe in the Bahamas finishing third.
She went onto become a contestant in Celebrity MasterChef Australia then in 2010 following year on Dancing With The Stars, where she met Michael. The couple, who finished fifth, tied the knot in 2013, the same year their first child Voilet was born.
Rachael posted a picture in August last year of her eight week scan and suggested she was 12 weeks gone. That puts her due date some time next month.
