Sam Wagner, owner of chic fashion label Sambag, has sold her Woollahra home pre-auction.

Now with trademark interior designer Marco Meneguzzi features, she bought the five bedroom 1890s Victorian Italianate manor residence only two years ago

With dark polished floors, a warm colour palette and restored original fireplaces, she secured a snappy sale.

The lower ground level comes with home theatre and gym.

The home sold through Victoria Morish and Iggy Damiani of Di Jones Real Estate who had listed it with a price guide of more than $6 million.

The five-bedroom home with a heated pool was bought in 2013 for $5.1 million from the NAB senior executive Drew Bradford and his wife Alison.
