The 20 acre Flinders property of the former World Cup skiing competitor Martin Rowley and his wife, Vanessa, has been relisted for sale.

It is up for auction on 29 March.

The recently renovated Hamptons-style home is surrounded by gardens, vegetable beds and holding stables and dressage arena.

It has a rural backdrop and water views. There are five paddocks with shelter down near the creek.

Kay & Burton agent Prue McLaughlin is quoting in excess of $2.5 million with the couple then set to focus on their business, Mount Hotham Free Ski.

"The property is suited to various pursuits - horses, cows or a few chooks," she said.

There were $2.9 million hopes in 2011. It last traded in 1998.

CoreLogic RP Data has 39 properties being sold in the past year after typically being on the market for an average of 118 days.
