Incanto, the Mt Eliza trophy home listed with $6.2 million plus hopes, has been snappily sold.

The eight bedroom, six bathroom trophy mansion comes with home theatre, study, exercise room, travertine pool, with spa, and championship tennis court on its 9.7 hectare holding.

It is a home created over three years by the vendors, the Carner family.

The Stephen Akehurst inspired property comes with brick from the Cotswolds, UK. The house at 2 Grant Road also comes with a Welsh slate roof and French Copper façade.

"The home has created a new level of sophistication on the Mornington Peninsula," the Aqua Real Estate marketing by agent Michelle Skogland says. No sale price has been revealed.

The first indication of the grandeur within is a 25-foot atrium, part of the 135 square metre internal space.

The block cost $1.25 million in 2005.

CoreLogic RP Data put the house median at $770,000.
