Former Adelaide Crows star, now a Melbourne Demons midfielder, Bernie Vince has listed his redundant Adelaide home.

The 1970s house at 59 Rutland Avenue, Lockleys is listed through Gary J. Smith.

It has three bedrooms, a rumpus room, pergola and deck overlooking an inground swimming pool.

Agent Steve Stretch has not given any public price indication ahead of its 1 March auction.

The creamy coloured is close to Harbour Town, the airport, Linear Park and some of the best beaches in Adelaide.

The house on 850 square metres, with subdivision potential subject to City of West Torrens approval, was bought for $660,000 in 2010.

Vince played 129 games for the Crows and won the club's best and fairest award for the 2009 season.

After reluctantly being traded to the following the 2013 season, he finished third in the Demons' best and fairest last year.
