Home builder developers Sekisui House have extended their January offer to buyers with its special summer campaign offering fully ducted air conditioning and $3,000 cash back for New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory homes from their Aurora, Blueprint and Arise collections.

To be eligible, buyers must have paid an initial proposal fee by 28 February 2015, with the specifications of the air conditioning dependent on the type of house selected.

On offer is an Actron fully Ducted reverse cycle air‐conditioning system, including installation, three phase power (up to 6 metre underground electrical connection), external concrete pad and truss strengthening if required.

The offer includes two or three zones only depending on standard house type.

Once Sekisui House has commenced construction on the new package, they'll give eligible buyers $3,000 cash back. The offer doesn't apply to house and land packages or homes with granny flats.

Sekisui House originated in Japan and has thus far invested $1.5 billion in their Australian ventures.
