The Adelaide Crows have signed a four year partnership with The Domain Group, whom they thought was Australia’s largest real estate media business.

The Domain Group’s logo will appear on the Club’s match day shorts and media backdrops.

The Domain Group, a division of Fairfax Ltd, rolled out its new Domain property guide delivered free to almost 75,000 Adelaide homes last spring in a hope of competing with the long established News Ltd local publications. REA runs realestate.com.au and is majority owned by News Corp, the publisher of The Advertiser, Sunday Mail and Messenger newspapers.

Domain will be second only to long-term major sponsor Toyota in the hierarchy of Crows’ corporate supporters.

The Domain Group chief executive Antony Catalano - a Carlton supporter - said the business's aggressive push into South Australia was because South Australia had been a market that had "not been particularly well served by other media businesses".

Last year Domain Group approached local real estate agents to buy into their digital advertising joint venture.

Domain has also finalised a new partnership that will see Patersons Stadium renamed as Domain Stadium under three-year naming rights sponsorship.

It follows the expiry of the Patersons Securities naming rights partnership at the end of 2014 in their partnership with the WAFC.
