Hargrave Real Estate opened in Queensland’s Pomona hinterland

Husband and wife duo team Sam and Phil Hargrave have launched a new agency in Queensland's Pomona hinterland: Hargrave Real Estate.

Sam has worked in the area since 2003 and has 25 years of real estate experience, having begun her career in Sydney's Lower North Shore luxury real estate market in 1990. The couple moved to Noosa hinterland in 2003.

Launching in December 2014, Sam Hargrave also made the CoreLogic RP Data 'A List', recognising the top 150 real estate performers in Queensland.

Emily Kindred, A-List spokeswoman, said that the list recognises professionalism, enthusiasm, skill, drive, passion and personality.

Phil Hargrave, principal of the agency, recognised the boost of confidence the award provided them to start their own business.
