Architect Adam Tugendhaft's CAULFIELD North home has been sold following its weekend auction.

It comes with distinctively Turkish styling.

The property at 21 Lumeah Road comes with six-bedroom home, including a self-contained apartment.

There are vaulted ceilings and open-plan living spilling to hotel-style outdoor entertaining.

Gary Peer's Darren Krongold had issued a pre-auction price guide of $3 million plus. No sale price has been issued.

It was last traded for $2.15 million in late 2012 when bought by Nicole Tugendhaft.
