TV host Penne Dennison sells North Bondi home

The TV presenter Penne Dennison has sold her three bedroom North Bondi home before its scheduled auction for $1.9 million.
There were initial $1.9 million plus hopes held by listing agent Ric Serrao of Raine & Horne.
The TV presenter has been a host on Foxtel’s Family Movie Channel.
The garden came with separate studio.
It was only bought in August last year at $1.81 million before its quick makeover.
