Sydney Kiis FM breakfast broadcaster Kyle Sandilands has put his five bedroom St Ives home up for sale.
The 39 Bundabah Avenue house has been listed through Chadwick Real Estate with $3 million hopes.
The now empty two storey home on 1,600 square metres was bought in 2008 for $1.9 million, shortly before his marriage to pop singer Tamara Jaber.
Kyle Sandilands now rents acreage in Ingleside with girlfriend Imogen Anthony.
CoreLogic RP Data puts the St Ives median house price at $1.29 million. In 2008 it was sitting in the $900,000s.
