Rugby Union champion Jason Little and his wife Bridget have sold their Mosman home which is set within Peter Fudge designed gardens.

The redundant Iain Halliday-redesigned home had a $5.5 million plus price guidance through David Murphy Real Estate.

It was bought in late 2006 for $3.35 million.

Positioned high above Quakers Hat Bay, it was marketed as boasting a strong Scandinavian/coastal influence.

There is a combination of timber, natural stone, marble and European oak floors.

It was listed following the couple's land purchase in the Manly development, Spring Cove.
