It can be hard to visualise exactly how different house prices vary from area to area.

Barney Stringer decided to take London's house prices and present them a little differently.

The 3D height on the graph is proportional to the density of value (£ per square inch). It provides a fascinating depiction of where the most expensive properties are most concentrated, and you can almost see the ripple effect of properties decreasing in price the further they get from these expensive areas.
