Sticking to his $8 million expectations, opal dealer Paul Hain has relisted Crosswaves in Newport.

The three-level Bungan Head Rd offering has northeast sea views from its ocean clifftop position.

Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom, with six bathrooms in all.

The home, which features floor-to-ceiling glass and sky panels, was new when first listed in 2014.

Hain bought the 1112sqm block back in 1975.

He also owns next door.

It has been listed through L.J. Hooker agent Andrew Reynhout.

The competition on Bungan Head Rd comes from sailing legend Trevor Barnabas and his wife Gail, who also have $8 million hopes.
