While real estate agents are there to work for the vendor, it doesn’t mean that they shouldn’t do the right thing for the buyer as well.

Linked to three pieces of advice for referrals from 2013’s number one salesperson in the New South Wales Ray White group, Double Bay’s Gavin Rubenstein, the quote is part of his “Focus on the result” advice.

“Build your business around your principles and clients will notice. It only takes one good result to make your vendors advocates for you and your business,” Rubenstein advises.
