Music manager Roger Davies lists Whale Beach retreat

After just four years ownership, music manager Roger Davies and his wife, actor Rebecca, have listed their Whale Beach retreat.
The Queenslander-style weekender of the Vaucluse-based couple was bought in 2010 for $4,175,000.
The two-storey property, with views over Dolphin Bay, has been listed through LJ Hooker Palm Beach's David Edwards with $4.8 million plus hopes.
Offers close November 5.
Over the year Roger Davies has had the likes of Tina Turner, Olivia Newton-John and Pink under his wings.
