Jennifer Hawkins and her husband Jake Wall have snappily secured the $1.2 million sale of their investment Bondi apartment.

It was bought off the plan in 2007 for $895,000. It sold in less than two weeks of its listing late last month.

The 23/7 Henderson Street, Bondi investment property of the former Miss Universe had a price guide of $1.1 million-plus ahead of its scheduled 20 September McGrath auction by Adrian Bo.

The two bedroom, two bathroom 92 square metre apartment has district views towards the ocean.

It sits in the BondiVue Apartments complex, a $20 million medium density development of 25 apartments and four terraces built for ING Bank.

The BondiVue's highest resale was $1.2 million in May this year through Ray White for a garden apartment first sold in 2008 at $915,000.

It came with 110 square metre internal space plus 110 square metre courtyard.

Its listing follows their $4 million waterfront purchase on Pittwater (pictured below) at Newport.
