Jennifer Hawkins and her husband Jake Wall are selling the Bondi apartment she bought off the plan in 2007 for $895,000.

The 23/7 Henderson Street, Bondi investment property of the former Miss Universe has a price guide of $1.1 million-plus for its 20 September McGrath auction.

The two bedroom, two bathroom 92 square metre apartment has district views towards the ocean.

It cost $895,000 in 2007 in the BondiVue Apartments complex, a $20 million medium density development of 25 apartments and four terraces built for ING Bank.

The BondiVue's highest resale was $1.2 million in May this year through Ray White for a garden apartment first sold in 2008 at $915,000. It came with 110 square metre internal space plus 110 square metre courtyard.

Its listing follows their $4 million waterfront purchase on Pittwater (pictured below) at Newport.
