Acclaimed dancer and choreographer Meryl Tankard has relisted her two-storey Bondi penthouse for 17 September auction.

Rather than the more than $2 million being sought in early 2014, this time it is $1.8 million plus.

The penthouse comes with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, three car spaces, views of the ocean and the harbour, and a self-contained roof-top terrace.

There is  534 square metres on title.

The former artistic director of the Australian Dance Theatre bought the Penkivil Street pad in 2007 for $1.732 million.

It was for sale in February this year through Alexander Phillips, of Phillips Pantzer Donnelley, but 14/2A Penkivil Street did not sell.
