The Terrey Hills-bound rugby league icon Brad Fittler and his partner Marie Liarris will accept $2,295,000 for their redundant Rushcutters Bay apartment which was initially listed with $2.5 million hopes for its recent auction.

The north-facing, four bedroom apartment in the Marina One building had been bought in 2010 for $2.12 million.

It was listed for auction through Jason Boon of Richardson & Wrench Elizabeth Bay, and Shane Vincent of Belle Property Randwick.

The apartment has 197 square metres space outlooking over Rushcutters Bay park.

They are reputedly moving to an acreage in Terrey Hills.

They sold a Rose Bay investment semi for $1.925 million earlier this year, a bullish result.
