Never has a commercial property sale been so loved! Celebrity publicist Roxy Jacenko has reportedly spent $2.66 million to buy commercial offices in Paddington.

And since she posted the news on her instagram page - along with picture of the sales contract - there have been 446 loves.

"Too excited about the purchase of our new HQ ! 7-13 Elizabeth St, Paddington," Roxy posted.

The 7-13 Elizabeth Street premises, on parkland opposite Paddington Public School on the southern side of Oxford Street, will be the headquarters for her Sweaty Betty PR firm and talent agency The Ministry of Talent.

The two-storey mixed use property comprises 250 square metres internal space, two kitchenettes and a private internal courtyard garden.

CBRE sold the property which last traded in 2011 at $3 million.

The group is currently headquartered in ground floor space at 52 Queen Street in Beaconsfield, a 1920s property which her divorcing parents bought for $2 million in 1996.
