Former AFL player Duncan Kellaway sells South Yarra semi

Having moved to South Australia to be a physiotherapist at the Adelaide Crows, former AFL Richmond player Duncan Kellaway sold his South Yarra home last weekend for $820,000.
The property at 37 Hardy Street, South Yarra was bought by Kellaway, who played 180 games with the Tigers, for $173,000 in 1995.
On moving to Barwon Heads in 2009 to work with Geelong Football Club, he and his wife Alex rented the semi with a $495 a weekly asking rental.
They have decided that now, with four children, they are not ever going to get back to the two bedroom cottage with rear studio.
Rob Vickers-Willis and Sam Goddard of Abercromby's were quoting $800,000-plus.
