Acreage-bound Brad Fittler lists Rushcutters Bay apartment home

The Terrey Hills-bound rugby league coach Brad Fittler and his partner Marie Liarris have listed their Rushcutters Bay apartment with $2.5 million hopes.
The north-facing apartment, four bedroom apartment in the Marina One building has 197 square metres space outlooking over Rushcutters Bay park.
They are reputedly moving to an acreage in Terrey Hills.
Last month they sold a Rose Bay investment semi for about $1.925 million.
The Rushcutters Bay apartment, bought in 2010 for $2.12 million, has been listed for forthcoming auction through Jason Boon of Richardson & Wrench Elizabeth Bay, and Shane Vincent of Belle Property Randwick.
