Westpac foreign exchange dealer buys RBA's Kirrbilli mansion

Catherine Verschuer, wife of Westpac's managing director of foreign exchange and commodity Paul Verschuer, has emerged as the $5.2 million buyer of the Reserve Bank's Kirribilli property, Eversley. 

It sold at March auction through Kingsley Yates of Ray White Lower North Shore.

The couple own a nearby Victorian terrace on Peel Street which cost $2,775,000 in 2007.

Last year Title Tattle featured the Verschuers when they bought the Cottage Point mansion of entrepreneur Drew Muirhead for $3.35 million.
