Will Dangar's landscaped Bondi 100 investment rental at Bondi sells pre-auction

100 Roscoe Street, the 1930s Bondi investment rental semi, has been sold for $2 million by landscaper Will Danger. It had been listed at $1.8 million through Debbie Donnelly at Phillips Pantzer Donnelley.
Last traded for $1,287,500 in mid-2012, its interior and gardens have had a subsequent transformation.
Set 300 metres from the beach, the sea-blue painted three bedroom, two bathroom property comes with garage on its 260 square metre block.
All three bedrooms are doubles with the main having an ensuite. The decor was by Robert Plumb.
It has been a lucrative rental.
