Max Remy Superspy author on the move - upgrading in Glebe

The prolific author Deborah Abela and her television director partner Todd Decker secured $950,000 for their Glebe weatherboard cottage.
The couple are trading up to a nearby $1.32 million Darghan Street Victorian terrace.
They bought their two-bedroom Colbourne Street cottage for $600,000 in 2005.
It has the tiniest of office/study off the living room. Her books for children include the Max Remy Superspy series.
McGrath's Michael Glynn had hopes of $900,000-plus ahead of the scheduled weekend auction.
Abela worked in the script department of Southern Star, the television production house, then the kids' show Cheez TV as a producer and writer before leaving in 2001 to write full-time.
