McGrath Estate Agents expects more than $825,000 for the Darling Point apartment that Lara Bingle bought from interior designer Blainey North for $882,000 in 2010, soon after her break-up with Test cricket captain Michael Clarke.

It's a stylish one-bedroom that is set for June 14 auction.

It is a Goomerah Court company title art deco apartment apartment with city and harbour views from most of its 65 square metre space. It was not the apartment that Lara lived in while filming her reality television series, which was based on Notts Avenue, Bondi Beach.

It has American oak parquetry floors. It had been traded at $700,000 when bought by Blainey North.

There have been two other McGrath sales in the block when $925,000 was secured for a two bedroom unrenovated listing and then a renovated two bedroom sale last October at around $800,000 which Title Tattle suggests would explain the latest pricing estimate.

RP Data puts the current apartment median in Darling Point at around $1.2 million, which has eased over the past month from $1.3 million.
