Collingwood captain Scott Pendlebury is selling his Albert Park abode.

Pendlebury purchased the double-fronted Victorian house at 23 Boyd Street in late 2011 for $1.3 million, as he moved from Newport.

With his fiancee Alex Davis, he is now looking to buy something larger, possibly in much the same neighbourhood.

Pendlebury attended the recent no-bid auction of 164-166 Nelson Road, South Melbourne (pictured below), a double-fronted five bedroom, three level Edwardian that was renovated a couple of years ago by architect Dean Lewis with interiors designed by Kerry Phelan. It has been listed with as yet unrealised $4.5 million hopes.

Pendlebury's current three bedroom home has another bedroom in a self-contained studio at the rear.

John Holdsworth, of Greg Hocking Holdsworth, is quoting $1.5 million plus for the 26 April auction.
