Former Split Enz drummer Mal Green has yet to sell his Castle Cove property.

It was listed with $2.1 million plus hopes through McGrath agent Grant Borley, which have been adjusted to $2 million plus.

The Neerim Road property was bought in 2004 for $1.83 million.

He installed something of a recording studio and separate control room and wine cellar.

The four-bedroom home has north-facing water views

Another Castle Cove property scheduled for weekend auction, at 149 Deepwater Road, was passed in on a $2.2 million vendor bid at its McGrath auction.
