Singer Delta Goodrem has sold her apartment in the Finger Wharf in Woolloomooloo.

While her parents remained in Sydney's Hills District, Goodrem moved out of home in 2003.

She bought the three-bedroom apartment in the Woolloomooloo Wharf complex for $1.41 million.

She secured $1.7 million in the recent sale of the 170 square metre unfurnished apartment which was briefly up for $1,450 a week rental in January this year.

The Finger Wharf was a $200 million redevelopment by Walker Group and Multiplex, with 345 luxury apartments, a boutique hotel, restaurants and 63-berth marina, pioneered wharf-side living in the city.
