The family home of the one of Melbourne's most famous footballing dynasties has been sold in North Ringwood.

It was the childhood home to three AFL players, Jason, Cameron and Travis.

Fletchers estate agents Traci Stella and Todd Lucas had the property listed for sale between $850,000 and $950,000 in a March 18 expressions of interest campaign, closing yesterday. The sale price has not been revealed.

The former Richmond and Collingwood great David Cloke and his wife, Julie bought the Plymouth Road for around $400,000 in 1994, three years after his playing retirement.

The double storey recently renovated house on 930 square metres has four bedrooms, multiple living areas including an upstairs retreat, front and rear balconies, a triple garage and an in-ground pool.

There is also an outdoor kitchen with built-in BBQ and wine fridge.
