The Hawthorn vice-captain and two-time premiership winning star, Jarryd Roughead, has listed his former Burwood home.

The three-bedroom, two-storey house has been leased to young teammates since just after the 2011 AFL Grand Final, when Roughead moved to Hawthorn.

The powerful forward won the 2013 Coleman medal as the competition's highest goal kicker, en route to All-Australian selection and premiership glory.

Talia Tomaino, of Jellis Craig, is quoting $650,000-plus for its March 1 auction with 60 or 90 day settlement.

The 75 Parer Street house is close to Deakin University.

The Burwood home on 320 square metres was bought for $525,000 in 2006 in his second AFL season after relocating from Leongatha to play for the Hawks.

Burwood's median house price sits at $715,000, up just the 1.4% over the past year, according to RP Data.
