Knight Frank makes two key appointments to Sydney industrial team
Knight Frank has strengthened its industrial team in Western Sydney, making two key appointments.
It has appointed Mr Arland Domingo as a director and Mr Ryan Carey as a manager. Both will be based in Parramatta.
Mr Domingo joins the firm with over 22 years’ experience in property. Prior to Knight Frank, he was with Jones Lang LaSalle for 10 years and worked across several roles such as the head of the metro leasing team and as a director on the industrial and business parks teams.
Mr Carey brings with him over seven years of experience in the industrial market after working across the North Shore and the Western Sydney industrial markets whilst at Jones Lang LaSalle.

“Discussions regarding the second Sydney airport at Badgerys Creek are currently hot on the agenda. If approved, this will have a substantial impact on the industrial market in Western Sydney, especially if the new airport is approved to operate as a freight hub,” added Mr Erwin.
