Books, clothes, Boost Juice cups, open peanut butter and margarine next to cleaning products... it's a bit terrifying for any investment property owner, particularly when coupled with the music. Property Observer notes that this is a property just outside of Parramatta, tenanted by a mother and her 20-year-old son.
