Owned by the Hodgins family for over 100 years, 61 Graydens Road, Hastings is a Victorian beauty asking for negotiations over $3,300,000.

The five-bedroom, three-bathroom home on 120 squares is a reproduction of historic mansion ‘Oak Alley’, a plantation mansion in Vacherie, Louisiana, located on the Mississippi River.

This plantation-style Hastings property is on 55 acres and includes a number of different luxuries from around the world.

The building itself is circa 2001, with two kitchens, a lift, ducted heating, air-conditioning and a three-car garage.

With outbuildings including two factory style sheds over 1,700 square metres, the listing notes there are a number of storage and business opportunities with the property.

It was originally named The Bon Séjour or ‘Good Living’ in French and is now called Bushy Park.

Expressions of interest close for the home on 28 February 2014.

The original Louisiana mansion has had many celebrity experiences, including being the film location for Midnight Bayou, Beyonce’s Déjà vu music video, Night Rider, a Days of Our Lives segment, Primary Colors and the Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt film Interview with the Vampire.
