Sales momentum for Mirvac’s Ascot Vale development Enclave is in full force with the latest release snapped up in one day, totaling $17.6 million in sales.

The latest release was made up of 20 land lots and eight terraces.

Since launching seven months ago, all 135 lots released at Enclave have pre-sold totaling $79.9 million in sales.

“Based on strong sales activity thus far, it was no surprise that the November land and terrace release sold in just one day,” says Mirvac chief executive officer John Carfi.

“This is a vote of confidence in Mirvac and the quality of this inner-city residential offering that is proving to be attainable and attractive to buyers, in particular owner-occupiers from surrounding suburbs,” says Carfi.

Gresham Property executive director Stuart Skerman says sales are now passing 60% of the available product in just seven months.

“We’re anticipating strong demand for the remaining stages of the project,” says Skerman.

Located seven kilometres from the Melbourne CBD in the suburb of Ascot Vale, Enclave is a joint venture between Mirvac and Gresham.

Construction of the first stage of land and housing in the 10.423-hectare development commenced in June 2013.
