We're coming to the end of November already, and almost the end of the year.

We look back at what was making the biggest headlines on Property Observer at this time in November 2012.

- Model Megan Gale farewelled Tamarama, aptly titled Glamarama, as she sold her investment property that she occasionally lived in for an undiclosed price believed to be around $3 million.

- Pets Paradise boss Gary Diamond sold his Gold Coast house at a mortgagee auction after the business went into receivership in July 2012.

- NAB changed their interest rate cut prediction to December 2012, with one more in 2013.

- Former Geelong AFL player, Ben Graham, took another shot at selling his Canterbury house.
