The blocks range from 505 square metres to 747 squares and are targeted at second and fourth home-buyers, according to Bianca Ellis, Berwick Waters estate manager.

The 310-hectare Berwick Waters estate boasts extensive wetlands, shared walking and bike trails and will be complemented by three proposed state schools and a town centre.

The previous release – Macumba - has now released its second stage in the Heritage Hills precinct, comprising of 14 lots.

Berwick Waters is Clyde North's newest community, located 50 kilometres southeast of the Melbourne CBD.
